RECYCLED CITY, used Philadelphia, PA as model, referencing both the cities historic and contemporary architecture. Above on, Wall One, we see Independence Hall, Philadelphia City Hall and the PSFS building among others. The found objects used include toys, household goods and items commonly recycled such as aluminum can lids and newspaper.

For Wall Two the artists used the buildings of Philadelphia's Center City as a jumping off point. Some of the found objects used in this section of the artwork include letter blocks, crushed soda cans, a broken tape measure and game pieces.

Wall three looks toward Philadelphia's Fairmount Park and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Above the park, the museum and their in environs are three dioramas that encourage the recycling and reuse of materials no longer wanted or used for their original purpose.

For Wall Four the Kittner and Anderson created a sculpture that also functions as a bench for Children. The source material for this work is a bridge named after Benjamin Franklin.
